Beef Skirt Meat/Hanging Tenders -- 10 pounds
Skirt meat is strips of mostly lean beef from the ribs. Some strips are long (12 inches or more) and thin (about 2-inches wide). Some pieces are chunks of approximately 6" x 12". Very good buy for cats and small dogs. I feed skirt meat to my dogs along with large meaty bones. Skirt meat comes in 10-lb. bags that are often frozen and hard to separate. Unit is 1 package = approximately 10 pounds. You will pay for the actual weight of the package.

Bone-In Brisket
Beef brisket is rather fatty meat that is not recommended for pets with weight problems. Brisket is a flat piece of about 5 pounds of meat. Please order at least 5 pounds of whole brisket. You will pay for only the weight of he brisket you receive.

Chicken Necks
Free-range, organic chicken necks come frozen in approximately 10-pound blocks. You must order a 10-pound block. Chicken necks are most suitable for small dogs, cats, and puppies. Larger dogs may swallow them whole and possibly choke.
