Beef Back Ribs in Racks of About 6 Pounds

Slabs of beef ribs from grass-fed, local cattle -- no hormones or antibiotics. Racks of ribs weigh about 6 pounds, but you will pay only for the weight you receive, which can vary from 5.5 to 7 pounds. Price is per pound. Beef ribs give dogs good chewing experience, and some of the bone is edible. These are meaty ribs, for a good meaty-bones meal.

Beef cheek meat is lean, chunks of muscle meat with some gelatinous material. Cheek meat comes in chunks of 1/3 to 1/2 pound, convenient sizes for medium to large dogs. My dogs love it! Cheek meat comes in 10-lb. bags that are often frozen and hard to separate. Cheek meat must be ordered in 10-pound packages. Unit is 1 = 10 pounds.
