Skirt meat is strips of mostly lean beef from the ribs. Some strips are long (12 inches or more) and thin (about 2-inches wide). Some pieces are chunks of approximately 6" x 12". Very good buy for cats and small dogs. I feed skirt meat to my dogs along with large meaty bones.

Skirt meat comes in bags of approximately 10 pounds. They are often frozen and hard to separate. When partially thawed, the strips can be cut with knife or kitchen scissors.

Unit is 1 bag = 10 pounds. You will pay for only the weight received.
