Whole tongue from grass-fed cattle. A single tongue weighs between 2.5 and 3.5 pounds. Tongues come packaged two to a package. A package weighs between 5 and 7 pounds.

You must order by the package; packages cannot be split. Price is $5.50 per pound, so the total price will be determined when we weight the package.
