Menino Farms uses all the meat from their cows to supply lean beef for pets. Some is cut into 1 to 1.5 inch cubes for easy feeding. Especially appropriate for medium and small dogs and cats. The small cubes come in 10-pound bags

Beef Skirt Meat/Hanging Tenders -- 10 pounds
Skirt meat is strips of mostly lean beef from the ribs. Some strips are long (12 inches or more) and thin (about 2-inches wide). Some pieces are chunks of approximately 6" x 12". Very good buy for cats and small dogs. I feed skirt meat to my dogs along with large meaty bones. Skirt meat comes in 10-lb. bags that are often frozen and hard to separate. Unit is 1 package = approximately 10 pounds. You will pay for the actual weight of the package.

Beef Back Ribs in Racks of About 6 Pounds
Slabs of beef ribs from grass-fed, local cattle -- no hormones or antibiotics. Racks of ribs weigh about 6 pounds, but you will pay only for the weight you receive, which can vary from 5.5 to 7 pounds. Price is per pound. Beef ribs give dogs good chewing experience, and some of the bone is edible. These are meaty ribs, for a good meaty-bones meal.

Ground Beef Lean 90/10
Although we want our cats and dogs to chew their raw meats and meaty bones, there are occasions to include ground meats, such as weaning puppies and treating sick pets. This ground beef contains 90% lean muscle meat and 10% beef fat. This ground beef is very lean and perfectly suited for human hamburgers and other uses.
