Beef Heart -- 2 hearts/bag
Beef heart from grass-fed, local cattle -- no hormones or antibiotics. Heart is a great chewy organ meat for dogs and cats. Kona Raw buys whole beef hearts in packages of 2 hearts/bag. Weight is approximately 10 pounds. Unit is 1 = 2 hearts. You will pay $1.35/ pound, to be determined at checkout.

Beef Livers -- 1 whole liver
Liver from grass-fed, local cattle -- not hormones or antibiotics. Co-op buys whole beef livers, packaged as 1 liver/bag. Unit is 1 whole liver, which weighs approximately 10 pounds. Liver is priced at $0.99/lb. You will pay fro the actual weight of the liver you receive.,

Marrow bones
Marrow bones are cuts across the cow's leg with marrow in the middle but no meat. suitable for making soups or bone broth, not for pets. Bare bones without meat are too hard and pets may break their teeth trying to gnaw them.

Knuckle bones are joints of the cow's leg that usually have a little meat on them. Used primarily for bone broth.

Bone-In Brisket
Beef brisket is rather fatty meat that is not recommended for pets with weight problems. Brisket is a flat piece of about 5 pounds of meat. Please order at least 5 pounds of whole brisket. You will pay for only the weight of he brisket you receive.

Beef Kidneys - 10 pound bags
Beef kidneys from local, grass-fed beef. Good, inexpensive organ meat for a raw-meaty-bones diet. Kidneys come packaged in approximately 10-pound bags. Unit is 1 = 10 pounds. You will pay for the actual weight of the kidneys you receive @ $0.95/ pound.

Beef Round -- Whole
Whole beef rounds weigh 40 to 50 pounds. The price of $3.10 depends on the co-op purchasing whole rounds, so we need to order 40 pounds or more in a week to justify getting a whole round. Rounds are excellent meat, from which round steaks and round roasts are cut.
