At holiday times, Thanksgiving through Christmas, whole turkeys are often available at incredibly low prices in supermarkets, so Kona Raw does not offer whole turkeys. Kona Raw will buy and distribute as many turkey parts as possible during the holiday season. It's a good time to hit the stores and stock your freezer.
During other times of the year, it might be difficult to provide turkey parts, as the co-op may need to order a minimum of 30 pounds of a single product.
