	Beef Meaty Soup Bones Grass-fed, local cattle with no hormones or antibiotics. These are cut across the leg bones with marrow and lots of meat.	$3.65 Add:
	Beef Round -- Whole Whole beef rounds weigh 40 to 50 pounds. The price of $3.10 depends on the co-op purchasing whole rounds, so we need to order 40 pounds or more in a week to justify getting a whole round. Rounds are excellent meat, from which round steaks and round roasts are cut.	$3.65 Add:
	Beef Shoulder Clod Beef shoulder clod is a large slab of beef from the shoulder region of the cow. It is quite lean and can be substituted for cheek meat or skirt meat.	$3.55 Add:
	Beef Skirt Meat/Hanging Tenders -- 10 pounds Skirt meat is strips of mostly lean beef from the ribs. Some strips are long (12 inches or more) and thin (about 2-inches wide). Some pieces are chunks of approximately 6" x 12". Very good buy for cats and small dogs. I feed skirt meat to my dogs along with large meaty bones.
